I'm posting this information up on the class blog because ZHSS PSG has actually sent an email to our parents, notifying us about Mr Kelvin Tan's death. :(
If you wish to pay your last respect to our teacher, Mr Kelvin Tan's Wake is held at Church of Our Lady of Lourdes (Hall of Repose - Notredame Room)
50 Ophir Road.
Parlour opens 7.30am - 11pm.
Cortege leaves parlour on Wednesday 18 June, 4pm for funeral service at Church of Our Lady of Lourdes at 4.15pm and thereafter to Mandai Crematorium Hall 4 for cremation at 5.45pm.

Teaching and Learning Survey for 2008
This is a gentle reminder that the Teaching and Learning Survey for 2008 is open.
As there was a delay in the launch of the portal, all students are to complete all surveys by 4 July 2008 (Friday).Students who do not computers or internet access at home may use the computers in the school library (open daily, 0800 to 1150 and 1250 to 1700) during the holidays or when school reopens. Follow-up actions will be taken against students who did not complete the survey by 4 July 2008 (Friday).
The school will be awarding 1 merit point per student to classes who completed the survey for every teacher who has taught the class in Semester 1. Hence, do remind your fellow classmates to complete the surveys before school reopens.
TAKE NOTE
1. Please log in at the front page of ZHSS website www.zhonghuasec.moe.edu.sg before attempting the surveys @ http://www.zhonghuasec.moe.edu.sg/TLS2008/default.aspx
2. You are not required to do the survey for teachers whom they do not teach you.
